ATI-LIS: An esteemed and highly experienced team of Clinical Pathology specialists and IT Engineers developed the Laboratory Laboratory Information SystemInformation System (LIS) is the trusted source of pathology information used by hundreds of physicians and pathologist professionals every day. ATI-LIS is a very powerful integrated solution to manage complex process, ensure regulatory compliance, offer Quality of Services and prompt Laboratory operations. It’s integrated with billing in support of ATI’s fifteen years Domain knowledge in Health Care
Billing Solution: Sustainable knowledge in Health Care Sectors helps ATI to promote complete billing solutions. You can traverse a complex process of Billing & Accountable transactions in a Simple and Painless Clicking. ATI LIS ATI’s Laboratory Information System has a concrete foundation and time-tested design that helps you to provide quality results efficiently and a complete solution
The comprehensive features of ATI-LIS unparallel as market-based products. The system offers consolidated and cumulative patient reports, extensive quality assurance functions, web-based access, and sophisticated management tools for workload, cost accounting, and resource utilization. ATI-LIS moves productivity into high gear – and gives you the information needed to operate efficiently and profitably.
Test Setup: As needs change, you can create or edit test parameters. Information regarding storage, stability, required volumes, and interfering substances can be stored in the system. Reference Ranges: Create as many reference ranges by age, sex, and / or special population as needed for each test. ATI-LIS will automatically use the appropriate range for each patient. Events (Event Triggers): Easily define delta check limits, reflex testing criteria, and result-specific comments. It lets you define specific situations where additional panels are ordered or cancelled, where specific comments should be attached to a result, or testing should be forwarded to a reference lab via the reference lab interface.
PANEL SETUP It’s easy to customize panels for your laboratory. Specify sample requirements, enable panel security, define CPT codes, link to diagnosis codes or make other modifications that best suit your operation.
Create Panel Requisitions: ATI-LIS makes it easy to create new laboratory requisitions. Just click on the panels to be ordered or use Rapid Order Codes. If desired, you may also add notes to the lab requisition and enter diagnosis codes. All of the panels ordered are listed on a laboratory requisition summary page for easy review.
Patient Registration, Billing and Information Management: This job is easily performed through a user-friendly interface where user may pick suitable slot with required test & also may select particular doctor to examine the test result. In that case only that doctor will deal with test. Otherwise that is assigned to an available doctor automatically.
Patient Setup Patients can be entered into the ATI-LIS system quickly and easily. ATI-LIS requires that only a minimal number of fields be completed in order to perform testing on patient samples.
Bar coded sample labels is to enable direct Information and play a query by eliminating manual entry of patient information. Registration Number has to be unique and the system must be stored his complete previous records.
Specimen Collection Specimen collected by technician is verified before receiving by technologist in order to ensure proper diagnosis. Technologists reject samples for any type of quality degradation. In both cases, all information is collected to evaluate performance of quality control measurements. It helps hospital administration step forward on service-oriented activities.
LIS automatically calculates the test tubes/ Vacationers needed based on the lab tests ordered and each testing facility’s unique sample requirements. Result Entry: Uses a flexible concept to provide a facility to enter, update and view samples, test results and supporting notes.
Consolidated Patient Result Report A summarizing view of a patient’s results is provided in this report. The report meets regulatory requirements for patient charting. Abnormal results are clearly identified. Cumulative Patient Result Report This report tracks a patient’s testing history. Results can be presented in portrait or landscape formats. Abnormal results and notes are clearly indicated, and each requisition is identified by date, ordering physician and accession number.
Turn Around Time and Progress Dashboards: Turn Around Time (TAT) Report For labs that use TAT as a measure of performance this report provides a summary of the turnaround time for the selected panels, compared to the user defined expectation.
Result Listing Report This report displays all results, by test, for a specified date range. Other criteria can be used to filter data for the report. Usage Summary Reports ATI-LIS offers five different Usage Summary Reports to provide a snapshot of usage patterns in the lab. Each can be selected by date range, a range of physicians, and other pertinent criteria.
